Payment and Delivery

Direct Transfer, BACS, Paypal or cheque are all suitable for payment. A debit or credit card is also suitable if paying via the website.

Cheques should be made out to Y H MORGAN and sent to Knockhill, Lockerbie, DG11 1AW.

Delivery

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible, often immediately. Bespoke bellows may take up to four weeks so it is helpful to know if you have a deadline on any order.

UK Delivery: £10

European Delivery: £30 per item

Overseas Shipping: £45 per item

We can include a card if your purchase is a gift going directly to the recipient. Just let us know the wording in the ‘notes’ for your order.

Returns

If you are not delighted with your order please return undamaged within 14 days for a full refund, excluding postage. Unfortunately we cannot always refund personalised items.
